Your job
As Business Developer Lead SIRA, you will take ownership of the Client Integrity (CI) SIRA of the organisation. The Business Developer has an important and significant role in shaping the CI SIRA, in order to manage and mitigate Client Integrity risks. The CI SIRA results in an organisation-wide and/or external improved processes, products, and cost reduction related to the Client Integrity focus areas. In vitally shaping the Client Integrity SIRA, you will collaborate closely with the parent company, and are responsible for:
- Formulating the Client Integrity SIRA in which the most important risks and areas of attention are highlighted and clearly identified from the client perspective.
- Continually analysing internal and external developments in the area of FEC research, client behaviour, and internal feedback-loop information with regards to KYC/CDD, Transaction Monitoring, NCTO, and Exit. This information will be used for identification of (and changes in) main risks and areas of attention.
Your profile
We are looking for an experienced business developer who has earned his / her spurs in the areas of SIRA, KYC/CDD, Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions within a bank, a financial services organization or consultancy. Check and see if your profile fits:
- Master’s degree in a relevant area of knowledge;
- Minimal 7 years of experience, of which 5 years with regards to FEC policy and regulations, AML, CFT, and sanctions;
- Explicit experience in successful identification and limitation of client integrity risks;
- Excellent communication skills (both in Dutch and English) to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to different audiences, including senior management and cross-functional teams;
- Affinity with risk and audit-related activities;
- Wide experience with and knowledge of SIRA, KYC/CDD, Client Monitoring and a Risk Based Approach;
- Ability to lead complex program and cultivate a culture of Courage, Care, and Collaboration, encouraging the team to innovate and challenge the status quo.
- Demonstrates resilience and adaptability, through challenges, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Highly values collaboration, inter-team effectiveness, and decision-making capabilities. Excels in stakeholder management, and embodies the organization's core values.

Our client is a 100% subsidiary of one of the Dutch pillar banks, operating with its own independent banking license. It is a market leader in issuing credit cards in the Netherlands, with a subsidiary in Germany. They have been issuing, promoting, administrating, and processing payments of Visa and Mastercard credit cards for over 30 years.

- Gross monthly salary of between € 7.047 - € 10.067,- based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. Should you wish to work 40 hours, that is also possible, with salary then being pro-rated.The benefit budget is 11% of your salary. The benefit budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month;
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year;
- Personal development budget of EUR 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to EUR 3,000;
